Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the pork into small cubes, and slice the garlic into small pieces.
Prepare all vegetables except Cheongya peppers by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Mushrooms are not mangadak, but shiitake and top mushrooms are also delicious
STEP 2/6
First, stir-fry the sliced garlic in a slightly heated frying pan to make a scent and stir-fry the pork together.
STEP 3/6
When the meat is half cooked, add vegetables in the order that it should be cooked for a long time and stir-fry them together.
STEP 4/6
Add oyster sauce and some sugar as soon as the vegetables are slightly out of breath
If it's bland, add a bit of salt
STEP 5/6
Add the prepared anchovy kelp stock to replenish a little moisture.
When the vegetables are cooked, the broth comes from the vegetables, so just pour it into the frying pan to cover it slightly.
STEP 6/6
Stir it, add chopped Cheongyang red pepper, stir it again, mix it with starch powder, stir it, and turn off the heat
Vegetables die quickly, so if you put them on fire for a long time, the shape of the vegetables will be ruined or the texture will be reduced. Half-cook the meat and cook the vegetables as soon as possible. Children who can't eat spicy food can add oyster sauce, dissolve starch water, put it on a plate, and add fresh peppers at the end. You can use whatever vegetables are left Pork, beef, shrimp. It's good with any ingredients Nutritionist oyster sauce stir-fried vegetables, I think it's the perfect snack to make when you don't have an appetite or make it in a hurry^^
