Making sesame leaves, tuna, and ssambap in one bite
I made perilla leaf ssambap, which is easy to eat in one bite with rice and tuna ssamjang in it, and is also good as a lunch box!

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 2T of ssamjang and 2T of sesame oil to 2/3 of tuna oil and mix them well.
Wash perilla leaves in water in advance and cool them if they are hot rice.

Put the perilla leaves in boiling water and remove it with vinegar~ If you cook it for too long, the perilla leaves will get thick.

Soak perilla leaves from boiling water in cold water!

To make a perilla leaf wrap, put the perilla leaf on the bottom and put the rice together in a sushi shape.

Add plenty of tuna ssamjang according to the amount of rice.

Please stack the ends of perilla leaves in contact with each other as shown in the picture.
