Please prepare the ingredients.

Place cleanly washed grapes in melted baking soda water and soak for about 5 minutes.

Cut the castella in half and cut it round to fit the size of the plastic cup.

Mix sugar and hot water well to make sugar water and cool it down (refrigerator~

Put whipped cream and sugar in a bowl and whip until soft, curving horns form.

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of whipped cream to the cooled grape jam and mix well.

Place castella on bottom and moisten with sugar water.

Fill in a suitable amount of grape jam mixed with whipped cream and then stick the half-sliced grapes outward.

Fill the center with grapes, place a small castella on top, cover with sugar water, top with remaining white whipped cream, top with 3 cleanly washed grapes and poke pumpkin seeds.
There can be differences in the degree of sweetness depending on the sugar content of grapes!
Be careful when you make jam because it's hot!
When you make whipped cream, it's good to put ice water under your cheeks!
