Grape juice is a summer drink that I often make in the summer and sometimes put it in the refrigerator at night.
Ingredients: 3 grapes, 4-5 tablespoons of sugar, 5 cups of water, 1/5 pieces of pear
How to make it: 1. Remove grapes and wash them clean with baking soda & vinegar to remove moisture,
Slice pears thinly.
2. Put grapes, sugar, pears, and water in a pot and boil for about 12 minutes.
(It's boiling and overflowing, so be careful!)
3. When the grapes and skins are softened, cool them down and hang them in a sieve,
Use gauze to squeeze the remaining grapes and mix them with the filtered grape juice
Put it in a hot sterilized glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator and drink it when it is cold.

In order to make grape bingsu, the homemade grape juice is ready!
100ml of milk

Mix in homemade grape juice.

Place the mixed grape milk in an iced ice mold.

Put it in the freezer and freeze it.

Place frozen grape milk in a blender and grind gently.

Put the ground grape milk in the blender in the shaved ice container,

Put red beans for shaved ice on top of it.

Rice cake for shaved ice,

Put the dried grapes and blueberries on top,

Sprinkle with almond slice and condensed milk.

A very soft grape ice flakes are made.
---> If you don't have homemade grape juice, use commercially available 100% grape juice.
