  • jalapenos

  • plum extract
    2cup
  • thick soy sauce
    1.5cup
  • Vinegar
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash jalapeno thoroughly and drain thoroughly
STEP 2/5
Cut it into bite-sized pieces and put it in a pre-disinfected glass bowl
STEP 3/5
Boil 2 cups plum syrup, 1.5 cups dark soy sauce, and 1 cup vinegar in a pot
STEP 4/5
Pour the cooled soy sauce water and cool it down again to cover the lid.Cool at room temperature and refrigerate

It's cut into bite-sized pieces, so you can eat it 2-3 days later^^
