STEP 1/9
These are plums and lemons that I prepared.
Just in time, I was preparing to make lemon juice, so I took out an adult and ate it with a plum.
Rub the lemon with a thick salt,
Soak baking soda in water for about 10 minutes and wash it
Boil it in boiling water, quickly put it in cold water, wash it, and drain it.
STEP 2/9
Turn the glass bottle upside down and dry.
STEP 3/9
Wash the plums in running water and drain them
Cut to taste and place in a bowl.
STEP 4/9
Add the dehydrated lemon in thinly.
Remove the lemon seeds.
STEP 5/9
Prepare the same amount of sugar as the plum and lemon in a bowl and mix.
(Leave a little sugar.)
STEP 6/9
Place in a glass bottle, cover the top with a little sugar left over, and melt the sugar.
The sugar on the top melts quickly because it's hot.
STEP 7/9
If you leave it at room temperature for half a day, the sugar will melt.
Or, if not melt, shake or roll the bottle to melt.
When the sugar is completely melted, put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen for three to four days,
You can eat it.
STEP 8/9
It's plum extract that's only three days old.
The color is really pretty, right?
STEP 9/9
Put ice cubes and plum syrup in a cup and drink sparkling water to suit your taste.
Plum fresh lemon is my personal preference, so you can take it out.
