Ingredients: 1 carrot, a bunch of chives, pickled radish for kimbap, ham for kimbap, 2 bowls of rice, laver for kimbap
Sauce ingredients: 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of lotus, 1 spoon of mirin, 1 spoon of crushed cheongyang pepper, 1 spoon of water
Other ingredients: salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil

Making Drug Gimbap Sauce
I'll make the sauce first
After removing the seeds, chop it into small pieces

Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of mirin, 1 spoon of lotus flower, and 1 spoon of water

Instead, I prepared chives
Prepare a handful of leeks, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to boiling water, blanch it slightly, rinse it in cold water, and squeeze the water.

Add 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 spoon of sesame seeds to the drained chives

If you use spinach, the seasoning is the same.

Chop 1 carrot and prepare, add a little cooking oil in a frying pan, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and stir-fry
If you don't want to stir-fry it in oil, you can add a little salt and marinate it for about 5 minutes.

Prepare seaweed for kimbap by dividing it into four parts.

After preparing 2 bowls of rice, add 1 spoon of black sesame seeds, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
