Cooking Steps

Chop the green onions.
STEP 2/7
Cut about 3 cheongyang peppers diagonally.
STEP 3/7
Cut the octopus, blanch it slightly in boiling water, drain it, and cut it into bite-size pieces

Grease a pan slightly, add chopped green onion and make green onion oil.
