Cute "Podu rice cake pop."
This dish was inspired by 'Cake Pop', a foreign party dish. Doesn't the cute round shape of plums remind you of cake pop?!! Usually, cake pop uses bread, but my recipe uses rice cake. This is because it is more familiar to Koreans and digest well.Haha The combination of fresh and sweet plums, savory cream cheese, and chewy rice cakes, which are in season these days, is really good. And at the end, if you decorate it simply with a chocolate pen, the shape gets cuter. Let me introduce plum rice cake cake pop, which is simple enough for anyone to make, but really delicious.
