Trim the potatoes and onions.
I used a blender instead of a grater.
There's no risk of hand injury and you can make it super fast!!

Use a blender to grind the wings and strain it on the strainer.
I will also use potatoes and onions that are filtered on top. Don't throw it away.

Strain it through a sieve and leave it for about 20 minutes, then separate into the starch layer and water.
Throw away the water floating on top, and use the potato starch left over.

For the soy sauce, I cut 1/4 onions, 5 spoons of soy sauce, 1/2 spoons of vinegar, and a little bit of red pepper powder and put it in.
