[Hambak steak that I want to make]
I only have pork at home, so I made it with pork as I wanted, but it's so good~. It's super simple Try making it with the ingredients you have at home :-)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
350g of minced pork and 5cm of carrots (optional)You lose and put it in
(The ratio of pork and beef is 1:1. I only made pork because I only have pork.)

Please add 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1/3 spoons of salt, 4 spoons of pepper, and 1 spoon of minced garlic. (It may be unfamiliar to hamburger steak, but it's perfect for adults who don't eat carrots because it's seasoned like this. LOL. Next time, I'll cut some vinegar that seems to go well with it.)

Put half a spoon of butter in a heated frying pan
