Salmon teriyaki over rice made from canned salmon!
I have canned salmon as a present at home. I grilled it and gave it to my kid, but he didn't eat it. So I've been leaving salmon canned at home.. I was thinking about how to make it and I made salmon deriyaki with rice^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, shred the top of the green onion and fry it in oil.
STEP 2/5
Trim the onions and enoki mushrooms and stir-fry them together. Put the stir-fried vegetables in a bowl for a while.
STEP 3/5
Make teriyaki sauce and boil it, then add a can of canned food and boil it down.
STEP 4/5
Add vegetables and stir-fry them together. That's it!
STEP 5/5
Put it on a plate and eat it Maybe it's because it's smoked salmon, but it smells like smoked even when you stir-fry it^^
If you're too lazy to make sauce, you can put teriyaki sauce instead.
