STEP 1/6
Defrost: Frozen eel is defrosted in refrigerated or plastic packaging.
STEP 2/6
Heat: Place the eel in a microwave-safe container and cook for 2-3 minutes.
(When taking out the eel, pour out the remaining sauce on the wrapper carefully!)

Cut the eel into bite-sized pieces, obliquely long.
STEP 4/6
Rice seasoning: Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt to dissolve sugar and mix evenly in rice.

Make: Make rice into bite-sized pieces
When you make it at home, put enough cooking oil on your bare hands
You have to make the rice stick together to prevent the grains from sticking to your palms
(Put the oil in a small bowl next to the bowl and apply it whenever you want!)
STEP 6/6
Place eel on top of bite-sized rice and cover with long-sliced laver.
Add seaweed and cut the rest with scissors,
You have to layer the bottom with water or oil so that it doesn't fall off!
If you eat it with shredded ginger or radish sprouts, you can feel the clean aftertaste^^
