I can't eat spicy food, so I took out Cheongyang chili and stir-fried it;;;;
(When you put rice on top, it's garnish.)
If you eat spicy food well, stir-fry Cheongyang red pepper
STEP 8/16
When the vegetables are half-fried, as shown in the picture,
(When vegetables become transparent)
STEP 9/16
Add salted octopus.
(Add red pepper paste and soy sauce to salted or trimmed octopus at home.)
STEP 10/16
Stir-fry vegetables and salted octopus together.
STEP 11/16
If the vegetables and salted octopus are stir-fried

Stir-fry it together.
If you are going to stir-fry the salted octopus and eat it several times, skip perilla oil or sesame oil and put it in right before you eat it.
STEP 14/16
It's a complete bowl of rice with octopus.
When you make salted octopus fried rice or rice with salted octopus
You don't have to prepare the octopus or season it separately
STEP 15/16
I put rice in a rice cooker
I fried the native eggs that my local lady gave me and we ate them together!
When stir-frying from the top, omit the cheongyang pepper (because he can't eat spicy food;;)
I put it on top. If you're eating spicy food, stir-fry it together :)
Make the fried eggs hard-boiled or soft-boiled to your liking, and put the stir-fried salted octopus on top.
Add sesame salt!!!!!!
STEP 16/16
I don't eat yolk... Let's have a fried egg just before scrambled :)
It may look different depending on your preference, but...
People say that my food doesn't look good;;;;
A picky eater is right [Laughing]
But I like this one :)
Mix the fried egg and sesame salt in the bowl with salted octopus.
I made the same with salted squid last week..
Salted squid was small even when stir-fried, so the texture was small..
I don't know if it's because of the chubbyness of the octopus legs...
I like stir-fried octopus better because it's chubby. :)
You can stir-fry rice and make salted octopus fried rice
You can mix starch in water to make rice with more sticky rice.
My family eats rice that doesn't look like it's been a while..
I don't like it when it's wet and sticky, so I didn't stir-fry rice with it, but I made it with rice!
If you don't like salty food, wash half of the salted octopus in water!
Since I don't have a lot of seasoning at home...
There's no common mirin, cheongju, or oyster sauce
That's why I just like to make it with the seasoning I have :)
Posting a recipe is simple and easy for anyone to make
I think it's because it's the purpose :)
Is that the kind of post this time with salted octopus over rice!!!!!!!!!!
I just want you to stir-fry the
