STEP 1/9
Slice the garlic and chop the green onion.
STEP 2/9
Grease the pan slightly and stir-fry 1 cup anchovy.
You can fry the anchovies until they're crispy.

Put the stir-fried anchovies in another bowl and cool them down.
STEP 4/9
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry garlic until golden.
STEP 5/9
When the garlic flavor comes up, add 2 bowls of rice and stir-fry together.

Add the anchovies and stir-fry them evenly with rice
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry green onions, soy sauce 0.3 and sugar 1.
Each anchovy tastes different.
Try it before you season it with soy sauce.
It doesn't matter if you skip sugar.

Lastly, add 1 piece of butter and sesame oil and stir-fry them evenly
