STEP 1/8
Prepare 1/4 cabbage (small size) and 1/3 paprika
If you cut cabbage, it's about 4 handfuls^^)
STEP 2/8
Cut the cabbage into the size you want (don't cut it too small~)
Toss 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, 1/3 spoon of salt and marinate for 15 minutes^~^

When it's 15 minutes, the cabbage loses its strength
(If you pickle the cabbage in advance, the cabbage will taste better, and even when you keep it, the soup won't become Han River^~^)

Wash the cabbage several times and drain it on a sieve I also cut paprika into small pieces and washed them together to drain it^~^

Put the drained cabbage and paprika in a bowl and add 5 spoons of canned corn (optional), 3 spoons of vinegar, 1.5 spoons of sugar, 1/4 spoon of salt, and 2 times of pepper

Add 4-5 spoons of mayonnaise

It tastes better if you leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes than eat it right away

I put it in the refrigerator and put it in an hour later, but even after soaking it once, it looks just right^^
If you soak it in advance, the cabbage is not stiff, so the seasoning will be cut off in a short time like the taste of buying it without playing separately^
