Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Pour enough water to cover the potatoes, microwave it, and cook.

Put all the tuna, potatoes, and seasoning ingredients in the pan.

Add water and boil it.
STEP 5/6
When it boils, add starch water.
STEP 6/6
Pour it over the rice and it's done!
# I used potato starch for starch. If you have corn starch, you can use it. But the strength varies from starch to starch, so make sure to check the concentration with your eyes while putting in a spoonful rather than a set recipe! If you put it in at once, it could become a rock.
# When you buy starch, make sure to check the starch content! E-Mart starch and some starch have the same name as potato starch, but the content is in the 50-80% range. The rest is flour... Buy starch with more than 90% starch.
# I use tuna without all the oil.
