Cooking Steps

I prepared beef with sirloin
STEP 2/9
Boil the sirloin in teriyaki sauce
STEP 3/9
Boil it down so that it's not too salty
STEP 4/9
Mix the rice with vinegar and stir it with a spatula to cool it down
STEP 5/9
I made rice balls that are easy to eat
I boiled it down and cut the ends into a size that's good sushi

After putting the meat on the rice balls, I put radish sprouts on top

I added one mushroom and one cherry tomato~~~

The sushi that was boiled down in teriyaki sauce and topped with meat was so delicious~~~
I made some and ate it, but it's sushi that I want to eat again
