Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare enough ingredients and wash them thoroughly. Use the least amount of vegetables to keep the flavor of plums.

Slice carrots thinly.

Blanch rice cake lightly in boiling water for about 20 seconds. After blanching, wash with cold water and drain.

Stir-fry rice cakes, carrots, and green onions quickly in a 1T oiled pan. Stir-fry the rice cakes and add the remaining 1/2 of the sauce.

Put it in a bowl and put the sliced plums on top, and you're done with plum tteokbokki in harmony with the plum sauce.
Since the skin is rich in vitamins, it is better to prepare the plums with the skin.
