STEP 1/6
Wash the shiitake, tear the bottom by hand, and cut the shiitake vertically.
Don't throw away the bottom and eat it together. It's chewy and delicious.
Or you can put it separately and put it in when you cook soybean paste stew.
Shred onions and carrots and cut green onions.
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry garlic and green onions in a pan covered with cooking oil to make it smell.
STEP 3/6
When the scent comes up, stir-fry the prepared ingredients over high heat.
That way, you can feel the chewy taste of vegetables or shiitake.
STEP 4/6
When you stir-fry it, the shiitake is slightly out of breath and the amount decreases.
If you stir-fry it for too long, the shiitake or onion will be mushy and it won't taste good.
STEP 5/6
Add soy sauce and stir-fry.
If you don't have enough liver, add a little salt instead of soy sauce.
If you add a lot of soy sauce, the color becomes black and it doesn't look good.
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and stir-fry it several times
