Delicious stir-fried kimchi
Stir-fried kimchi is a really easy side dish, but it's not easy if you do it wrong.

Ingredients
  • ripe kimchi
  • Sugar
  • red pepper paste
  • Water
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please rinse the kimchi once.
STEP 2/5
Put chopped kimchi in a pot and add plenty of sesame oil. When I stir-fry kimchi, I tend to add a lot of sesame oil. LOL
STEP 3/5
Put half a cup of water in here. There's a way to stir-fry it without adding water, but today, I'm going to add water and stir-fry it. Cook for about 20 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Add a spoonful of red pepper paste. And add 3T of sugar. Taste the sugar later and adjust it. Depending on the saltiness and sourness of kimchi, there are times when you need to add a little more.
STEP 5/5
Stir-fry again over low heat until the water boils down for about 20 minutes.
And sprinkle some sesame seeds.
