STEP 1/7
First, cut the potatoes roughly
Chop the pumpkin and onion
Cut the green onion diagonally
Chop up the cheongyang peppers
STEP 2/7
First, the finely chopped Cheongyang chili pepper
Add red pepper powder (2), soy sauce (2), sugar (0.2), plum juice (1), minced garlic (0.2), and pepper (0.2) and make a dyer
STEP 3/7
And blow away the fishy smell of anchovies
First, stir-fry anchovies in a dry pot, pour 5-6 cups of water into a bowl, and boil over high heat for about 15-20 minutes
STEP 4/7
If the soup smells like anchovies, I'll take clams
Put it in and add a bit more broth
Take out clams and anchovies with a strainer
(Tip) If you keep boiling clams
It gets tough, so I'll just make the soup first
I'll take it out and before I put it in the bowl
It's good to put it back in the soup
STEP 5/7
I'm going to put in the noodles and boil it
Normally, they boil it with noodles and vegetables, but personally, if you boil it like that
The soup smells like flour, so I'm going to boil the noodles separately. You can do it as you like
Now put the water to boil in the pot and when the water boils, boil about 1/3 of the noodles
STEP 6/7
And the clam meat in the picture below
Add potatoes, pumpkins, and onions. Boil it and add the boiled noodles
Please boil it a bit more
Season the soup with soy sauce (3), salt (2), ground garlic (1), and pepper (0.3)
STEP 7/7
With the clams that I boiled earlier
If you make it easy to eat, we'll finally get a honey-filled ticket
Clam noodles are ready^^
It's not my kitchen today. It's a countryside grandmother
I had a hard time boiling a fan in this hot summer heat in the kitchen..
But my grandparents said it was delicious
It's worth the sweat to see you empty the bowl,
I hope both of you are always healthy..
Then have a happy time with your family again today~
Grandmother made the soup with regular anchovies because there was no anchovies again, and I added some more clams in the freezer because I thought the two bags of clams I bought would not be enough
If you don't have soy sauce, you can replace it with dark soy sauce. However, you can't add all 3 spoons of soy sauce because it's very dark. Add it little by little according to the amount and color of the soup, and add salt or fish sauce for the rest~
(**Measuring is based on rice spoon and paper cup)
(**Measure all seasonings by cutting them instead of Sobok.)
