STEP 1/9
Cut vegetables and chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, defrost frozen shrimp meat, and mix it with 1T of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

I'm going to boil ramen noodles
It'll be fried in the pan one more time
As long as the noodles are properly melted, take them out

Prepare half-cooked eggs to put as toppings

Stir-fry onions and minced garlic in an oiled pan first, and when the onions start to become transparent
Add cabbage and stir-fry

When cabbage is out of breath, stir-fry chicken breast and shrimp, and sprinkle pepper

At the end, add bean sprouts and ramen noodles and stir-fry them

Add 1T of oyster sauce and 1T of pork cutlet sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly cut

Turn off the heat and put sesame oil on top of the chili pepper and sesame seeds The end!

Put it on a plate and place the half-cooked fried eggs on top
Try any protein you have at home, even if it's not chicken breast or shrimp I like pork belly or bacon!
It's much better if you pop the yolk of a half-cooked fried egg and mix it
