STEP 1/9
The vegetables are chopped to a certain size.
STEP 2/9
Put cooking oil and butter in a pan and stir-fry onions. (It burns easily with butter, so it's good to mix it with cooking oil.)
STEP 3/9
Add carrots and stir-fry with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/9
Add cold rice to loosen the lumps and stir-fry curry powder. (Fry the cold rice in the refrigerator until it disappears in the microwave.). 1 tablespoon of curry powder per bowl of rice is enough.)
STEP 5/9
If each grain of rice has the scent and color of curry, mix it with whipped cream or milk. (For the amount of cream or milk, I put in about 2 cups, but if you like the watery feeling, please add more.)
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry the shrimp in boiling water. (Put the shrimp in from the beginning. If I stir-fry it with rice, it will ruin the shape of the shrimp, so I cooked about 70% and added it later I think it would be good to stir-fry it with vegetables first, take it out when it's cooked, and put it in last.)
STEP 7/9
Add corn, bell pepper, and blanched broccoli and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 8/9
Remove from heat and add butter to add flavor and savory taste.
STEP 9/9
Place in a bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder.
- If you like cheese, you can add sliced cheese or parmesan cheese.
