Making super simple Jongwon Baek cream shrimp
Hello! I'm Forest Kitchen! This time, I made a moon with money and there were a lot of cocktail shrimp left I tried Jongwon Baek "cream shrimp" with this! I was able to make it as simple as I thought The taste.. It was so delicious compared to the time and effort it took! You can make it easier if you refer to the video recipe!

STEP 1/4
Making fried dough
Mix water and frying powder to make batter
Please keep it in the refrigerator!

Making cream sauce
Add sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar and mix well
It's amazing that this alone tastes like cream sauce..

Cut and fry cocktail shrimp
Cut off the tail of the cocktail shrimp to make it easy to eat (select)
Mix the batter you took out of the refrigerator well
Fry crispy in olive oil!

Melt the cream sauce on low heat in the frying pan
