STEP 1/6
Heat butter in the microwave for 500w for 30 seconds to 1 minute and melt it. Cut off the top of the topping strawberries, cut them in half lengthwise, and soak them in honey.

Cut the strawberries inside the pound cake into 1cm pieces. Heat strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a microwave (500w 2 minutes 30 seconds). Sift the strawberry juice through a sieve.
STEP 3/6
Combine pancake mix, eggs, milk and melted butter. Add a little strawberry juice and pulp and mix slightly.
