Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Mash the peeled potatoes and mix with butter, herb salt and pepper when hot.
STEP 2/4
Add starch and bacon and mix, then cut potato dough into six equal parts.
STEP 3/4
Hold it one by one in your hand and spread it out flat, add cream cheese, and shape it round.
STEP 4/4
Pour plenty of cooking oil in a pan and fry. If the color changes on both sides, put it on a plate and complete.
