Ingredients: 1 bowl of rice, 2 eggs, 3 creams, 1 green onion, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Seasoning ingredients: 1 cup and a half of water, 1 spoon of starch powder, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/3 spoon of chicken stock, 1 spoon of vinegar, 2 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar
Measurement is rice spoon, paper cup, teaspoon

Place 1 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken stock, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar in a pot.
If you don't have chicken stock, it doesn't matter if you pass.

Allow starch and chicken stock to mix well, place over low heat and turn off heat when thickened.

Tear the crami into small pieces
