Cooking Steps

Soak the dried squid in water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/5
Add 1 spoon of mayonnaise and mix well.
Cut well-mixed dried squid into bite-size pieces with scissors.

Put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, and when it boils, stir-fry a handful of dried squid mixed with mayonnaise.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish when the seasoning is cut well.

Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, and when it boils, stir-fry the remaining dried squid mixed with mayonnaise.
Stir-fry well and add sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.

If you want to eat it a little softer, you can soak it in water without the amount of red pepper paste! We made dried squid at the same time, but the texture was different because the seasoning was a little different.
