From the top left are cream sauce, shrimp seasoning, broccoli, garlic slice, mushroom, petuccine noodles.

If the cream sauce is matured, season the shrimp.
2 spoons of soy sauce

2 spoons of mirin

2 spoons of red pepper powder

2 spoons of minced garlic

Add shrimp and mix with seasoning.

When the seasoning is complete, boil the noodles.

Place noodles in boiling water and after about 4 minutes, place olive oil in a frying pan and bake sliced garlic.

When it's cooked to a certain extent, add the shrimp seasoning and stir-fry it.

When the smell of minced garlic in the sauce is gone, add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

Then add the aged cream sauce and simmer over low heat.

Remove the noodles from the pot and place them in the sauce.

Then add pre-boiled broccoli and parmesan cheese to your taste.

If you put it on a plate, it's not greasy
Spicy Toowoombasta is done.
I recommend that you ripen the sauce for about a day if possible.
(The scent of green onions permeates the cream and gives it a deep taste.)
