"Egg porridge" is simple and easy
It's an egg porridge that I used to make often when I didn't have an appetite, sick, or no side dishes! I like porridge more than rice, so I cook it often^^ Anyone can make it simple, easy, and fast

Ingredients
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Sesame oil
    1.5T
  • Salt
    0.5T
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients first
2 bowls of rice, 2 eggs, sesame oil, salt, and pepper
STEP 2/8
Put rice and half a cup of water in a pot!
You can use rice, but I always use rice to speed things up
STEP 3/8
Add 1.5T of sesame oil and stir-fry it
Until it's bubbly
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry until the rice is too thick
STEP 5/8
Add another cup of water to soak the rice
STEP 6/8
Add two eggs and stir
STEP 7/8
Season with 0.5T to 1T of salt to suit your taste
STEP 8/8
Finish it off with pepper^^
It's easier and faster to cook with rice than with rice You can adjust the water and season it according to your taste If you keep it on high heat, it'll stick to the bottom, so stir it I tend to leave a bit of water

    I made it simple and enjoyed it! I made it with 2 210 grams of instant rice, but if I make it according to the recipe, it doesn't have enough water, so I think I put in almost 2 cups!
