Green onion bulgogi bake
One of the most popular foods in Costco is bulgogi bakery, right? It has sweet bulgogi and cheese in the bread and is eaten with onions, and I made it with a lot of stir-fried green onions. If you add stir-fried green onions, it smells good and goes well with cheese. Also, instead of kneading bread, I made it using tortilla, but as the recipe became simpler, I made it more often.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Season bulgogi with sliced onions, green onions, and seasonings.
Cut the green onions, add cooking oil, stir-fry them, and put them aside.
STEP 2/3
Stir-fry seasoned bulgogi in a dry pan without water.
STEP 3/3
Place sliced cheese, pizza cheese, bulgogi, and stir-fried green onion on top of tortilla and fold them together.
Place the tip side down, sprinkle the top with pizza cheese, and bake in a 190-degree oven for 10 minutes.
The time may vary depending on the oven specification. The inside is fully cooked, so just bake the pizza cheese until it is golden. When you close it, you have to fold the left and right first and make it hard so that your stomach doesn't burst.
