The scent and taste of the dried shiitake are beyond imagination. I liked the taste of lobster better than butter and grilled cheese. I covered the pan with a lid, and I made the spaghetti with a thin capellini to make it easier to timing, and it was bitter, so I mixed it with a little salt and olive oil, and it goes well with lobster juice. That's a great dish.
