Prepare 300g (half-geun) of Korean beef rump, and prepare the rest of the ingredients, pears, green onions, garlic, and eggs, with seasonings to go in

(a)If possible, chop the pear into a certain size and soak it in sugar water to prevent browning
(b)Prepare only the yolk for the egg, cut 3 out of 4 garlics, and (d)The rest of the garlic and green onion will go into the sauce, so please chop them finely~

Put 300g of rump into a bowl and mix it with chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt (0.5), sugar (0.2), pepper (0.1), sesame salt (0.5), and sesame oil (1)
(Tip) Sugar acts as a meat tenderness and cuts other seasonings well, so add about 1/3 of the amount of salt
(Tip) Please note that the measurement standard for all seasonings is based on rice spoon. You can always adjust the seasoning to taste your own taste
