Roll up pasta~ Spinach Lazania Roll!!
It's easier to eat and looks good because I rolled up Lazania. I enjoy toast, fruit and salad in the morning and eat noodles like this for lunch. Lazania is also a big pasta. And for dinner, rice... I like it because it's various.

STEP 1/9

The widest pasta is Lazania pasta.

There are about 30 sheets, so it's enough for a family of four to cook three times.

Trim 2 layers of spinach and boil.
The other pot is boiling the laszania.
Boiled noodles are not overcooked in cold water, but hot and neatly arranged on a wide tray that fits the length.

Boil enough spinach, mince finely, and squeeze the water out.
Mix 2 cups ricotta cheese + 2 cups chopped spinach + 1/2 cup custard mozzarella cheese + 1 cup spaghetti sauce.
Three-quarters of a teaspoon of salt...Season with 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

Furthermore, you need this cheese to properly taste Rajania.

Spread 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce on boiled noodles...

Add 1 cup of spaghetti sauce + 1/4 cup of water and boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes. (Use to boil 1 cup of sauce in the ingredients like this.)
When it sizzles and the sauce is too small... ...turn off the heat.

Prepare a sponge cake mold or a rope pan
Spread 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce evenly on the pan.
(Take 2 tablespoons out of 1 cup of sauce and use it to bake in the oven.)
Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.after
Remove foil, top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
