In the Middle East, humus, which is said to be a must in any diet, is humus, which requires sesame paste tini and coriander and garlic, but I made it using basil that I like according to my circumstances.
I think it will be a better hummus if you get basil grown in the open ground rather than basil grown in a green house with a strong scent because the chick beans are boiled well to be soft and finely ground.
