Ingredients
  • chickpeas
    200g
  • Lemon
    1/2ea
  • basil
    10g
  • olive oil
    10ml
  • Salt
    wanted
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare well-cooked chickpeas, lemon, salt, basil, and blender
STEP 2/6
First, boil the chick beans that were soaked in water for 30 minutes
STEP 3/6
I'll juice half of the lemon
STEP 4/6
Put well-boiled chickpeas in a blender, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt to suit your taste, and grind in a blender.

When this basil-flavored hummus is completed, you can put a leaf of basil on it.

In the Middle East, humus, which is said to be a must in any diet, is humus, which requires sesame paste tini and coriander and garlic, but I made it using basil that I like according to my circumstances.
I think it will be a better hummus if you get basil grown in the open ground rather than basil grown in a green house with a strong scent because the chick beans are boiled well to be soft and finely ground.
