Making cool ice mooncakes that make your eyes and mouth happy
Today is Chobok, but I like cold desserts more than healthy foods! So I decided to make a fun ice mooncake with both eyes and mouth that can be made with ingredients at home! Mooncake molds and sediments can be easily obtained from baking or rice cake ingredients. In the case of natural powder, if you put it in various ways, you can make a lot more different flavors, so you can make it in a variety that suits your taste!

Ingredients
  • glutinous rice flour
    45g
  • Powerful rice flour
    35g
  • corn starch
    20g
  • Sugar powder
    30g
  • Milk
    200g
  • Cooking oil
    15g
  • white sediment
    50g
  • a natural seasoning
    5~10g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Gather the powders in one place, then add milk
STEP 2/13
If milk and dough are half mixed, add oil and mix
STEP 3/13
In the case of mixed dough, there may be lumps, so strain it through a sieve
STEP 4/13
Put it in a bowl and steam it with plastic wrap
I used an electric steamer. It's all steamed in about 30 minutes.
STEP 5/13
The steamed dough becomes thick, but take it out and beat it until it is sticky enough, put it in a sanitary bag, and take a rest in the refrigerator or freezer
STEP 6/13
Add natural powder to each filling and mix
I used purple sweet potato, green tea, yellow cheese, white lotus vinegar, chocolate, and bean powder
STEP 7/13
Divide the mixture into 30g pieces
STEP 8/13
After dividing it, take out the batter and divide it into 20-25 pieces
STEP 9/13
Wrap the filling in the rice cake
STEP 10/13
Make it round
STEP 11/13
Please put it in the mooncake mold and print it out
STEP 12/13
When you're done, place it on a plate
STEP 13/13
You can take pictures in the same way
In the case of ice moon cakes, you can eat them perfectly if you eat them on the day, and if you freeze them and take them out the next day, you can eat them like ice cream. I recommend freezing it in the freezer because it tastes better to eat it cold!
