Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Make sauce by mixing 250g of whipped cream, 2 rolls of chives, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
I heard it's good to ripen it at room temperature for half a day
I aged it for 2 hours after work

Prepare shrimp in advance - shrimp, half a tablespoon of garlic, a little salt, a little pepper, half a tablespoon of red pepper powder, and a tablespoon of lemon juice

Boil the pasta noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes

Chop the mushrooms and onions into bite-size pieces
I prepared some chives for decoration

Add the shrimp that I prepared earlier and stir-fry it until the shrimp is fully cooked!

Adjust the concentration with milk
If I put in 50g, it was perfect for 2 servings of noodles

When the sauce is done
Boil the noodles and put them in
Stir in 3 to 4 more minutes and cook
Season it with salt and pepper
You can add a little more soy sauce!
You have to make the cream sauce half a day before ripening it to revive the Toowoomba pasta taste! If you prepare shrimp and sauce in advance, you can make it simple and delicious!
