  • full cabbage

  • Korean style soy sauce
    1ladle
  • fish sauce
    1ladle
  • Red pepper powder

  • sesame salt
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • leek
    1handful
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put all the ingredients for the sauce on top and mix it!
STEP 2/4
Wash it with water and cut the cabbage!
Usually, fresh kimchi should be pickled in large portions, but if you chop it, the seasoning will be cut quickly, so you don't have to pickle it.
