How to use leftover beef bulgogi. Making stir-fried beef udon
(It's extremely rare at Berichu's house) I brought you a good recipe to use when you have bulgogi left at home. Usually... I eat all the meat side dishes in a day, but this time I purposely increased the amount and there was some left. (It's just a little..^^;;) I was thinking about making fried rice with the leftover bulgogi, but this time I made a special stir-fried udon. It's a delicacy! The recipe is simple, so you can make it quickly even in busy mornings. It's a dish that I want to recommend to ITZY because it's good for a meal.

It's beef bulgogi udon that you can make using the leftover beef bulgogi. You can add egg yolk to your liking. Each restaurant has a different seasoning recipe for bulgogi, so please season it and add oyster sauce :) 1 spoon was enough for me.
