STEP 1/9
First, rub 5 cucumbers with thick salt. It's to get rid of bumps.
STEP 2/9
Then, cut both ends and cut them into 3-4 pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 3/9
And cut the cucumber into a cross shape. I had to cut it about 1cm away from the end, so I grabbed the end of the cucumber with a tong and cut it with a knife. If you cut it like this, the ends get stuck on the house and it won't cut! This is a small tip
STEP 4/9
Then, melt 3 spoons of flower salt in 2/3 cup of water and soak it in cucumber for about 40 minutes. At this time, I rummaged once every 10 minutes so that the cucumber could be pickled evenly!
STEP 5/9
Prepare the rest of the vegetables while the cucumbers are pickled. Slice the carrot thinly and chop the chives into 1cm pieces.
STEP 6/9
And I'm going to make flour glue. Add 1/3 cup water and half a spoon of flour in a pot and mix it well so that it does not clump together, and boil it until it forms a dotted line to make flour paste. Soon after it was boiled, the grass was finished. ^^
STEP 7/9
Then, put 1/4 onion, 1/3 cup anchovy sauce, 1.5 spoon shrimp, 2 spoon sugar in a blender and pour it into a wide bowl. Then, put flour glue, 2/3 cup red pepper powder, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and 1/3 spoon of minced ginger in a bowl and mix well. (For your information, I don't have minced ginger, so I replaced it with ginger powder.)
STEP 8/9
If you mix chives and carrots in the sauce, the sauce is complete!! It's 90% done now
STEP 9/9
Drain the well-salted cucumber in a colander for 40 minutes. All you have to do is put the sauce in the pickled cucumber in every corner as shown in the picture.
- Store it at room temperature for about half a day, put it in the refrigerator, and after 2 days, it tastes pretty good! (You can cook it according to your taste.)
