Cut the paprika in two colors
I blanched bok choy with 1 tablespoon of bay salt in boiling water
It's more crunchy and delicious if you stir-fry bok choy raw without blanching it

When you stir-fry vegetables, add 1 tablespoon of water (bottled water) without adding oil
Stir-fry paprika and saesongi mushroom
Lastly, add bok choy, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, mix it, and stir-fry it!~~
Lastly, add pepper and sesame oil
