As the weather gets hotter, you look for cool and light food. Yesterday, I wanted to eat cold bean-soup noodles with savory and rich soup. It takes a long time to soak and boil beans, and it's cumbersome, so I made #TofuKongguksu simply. Jongwon Baek once introduced this song on a show, I'm introducing it because it tastes better than I thought because I made it myself.

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • Water
    3ea
  • peanut butter
    1TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • Salt
    3/4TS
  • Sesame
    5TS
  • small noodles
  • Cucumber

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Tear off a piece of tofu with your hands and put it in a blender.
STEP 2/8
Fill the tofu pack with water and put it in three times. (approximately 900ml)
STEP 3/8
Add 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 3/4 tbsp salt and 5 tbsp sesame seeds and grind finely.
STEP 4/8
Put the bean water in the freezer for a while to cool.
STEP 5/8
Please boil the noodles.
STEP 6/8
Rinse well-boiled noodles several times with cold water to add chewyness, and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 7/8
Place 1 serving of noodles in a noodle bowl and garnish.
STEP 8/8
Pour plenty of bean water to finish.
