How to make home baking watermelon bread

For red dough, add 10g of chocolate chips (or cacao nibs) and mix them at low speed.

Cover with vinyl again and ferment at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Roll each dough widely until it is 0.2cm thick.

Fold the red dough into three layers vertically and roll it tightly from the bottom.
Wrap the white dough around it and pinch the joints to finish. (Repeat green)

Panning the bread mold with the seam down and ferment it for a second time.
(Put it in the fermenter without covering it with plastic.)

Ferment until dough rises about 1cm above mold.

Bake in an 80 degree preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove the well-baked bread from the mold and cool it in a cooling net.

Instead of watermelon, I ate half of the chocolate-flavored watermelon bread as soon as I baked it (You said bread is the best when it's hot I sealed the rest well and froze it in the freezer. I took them out one by one and made them into toast, and the color was fine and it looked even more delicious.
