Making cabbage kimchi
I bought it and left it for a long time, so I got a black dot

1. Cut the cabbage into 1/4 pieces, soak it in water for 20 minutes, and wash it
2. Sprinkle with thick salt in between, pour water about 1/3 of the time, and marinate for an hour (turn over in 30 minutes)
3. I'm going to make kimchi seasoning
Seasoning: half a cup of red pepper powder, 1/4 cup of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoons of plum juice, 1 tablespoons of flour (one tablespoons of flour + 1 cup of water)
4. Spread the kimchi seasoning evenly
5. You eat it deliciously. Yum yum
