Cabbage Kimchi - Making One Head Kimchi
I'm going to make boiled pork with a side dish I really wanted to eat kimchi that I just made (Crying) Boiled pork + freshly made kimchi is a fantastic partner, isn't it?!! I can't make a large amount of kimchi because my house is small There's no place to store it... I bought a cabbage and made a head of kimchi :D It doesn't have a lot of seasoning When you want freshly made kimchi like me It's a good recipe for kimchi for those who live alone

Ingredients
  • full cabbage
    1ea
  • a thick salt
    1/2cup
  • Flour
    1TS
  • Water
    1cup
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2cup
  • fish sauce
    1/4cup
  • crushed garlic
    2TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • plum extract
    1TS
  • a glue for kimchi glue
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17

Making cabbage kimchi
I bought it and left it for a long time, so I got a black dot

    Maybe because it was a little bigger than the cabbage, I thought it was lacking in seasoning. But it was so delicious because it was simple and seasoned perfectly! I've never tried it before, but I'm going to settle down with this recipe from now on
