Make the golden recipe for dakgalbi and fried rice
One day in March. I feel like I need to eat chicken ^^... Sure enough, chicken is selling like hot cakes at the mart. I was wondering if I should buy a pack of chicken legs and do kkanpunggi or dakgalbi. I made Chuncheon-style spicy stir-fried chicken that I can eat with rice. Dakgalbi was even more delicious because it was made with soft leg meat. On top of that, I'll share my own golden recipe tips for spicy stir-fried chicken.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Grind apples and onions in a blender and strain them through a sieve.

Cut the chicken legs into 3cm pieces and put them in a big bowl.

Sprinkle with apple onion juice and mix evenly.

Mix the spicy stir-fried chicken evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

Usually, when you cook chicken at home, you cook braised spicy chicken or steamed chicken. Dakgalbi is surprisingly simple, so it's okay to make it a delicacy. With natural fruit juice, you can enjoy it more healthily
