Pasta that tastes like old memories! The Neapolitan!
There is a pasta that makes you smile with the taste of memories when you roll it up and take a bite. 20 years ago... Pasta that I enjoyed when spaghetti sauce was not as popular as it is these days. Pasta that you can make simply with Vienna sausage and tomato ketchup! Making Napolitan reminds me of the old days. Napolitan pasta is I can feel the scent of butter... The clean aftertaste is very attractive.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The Vienna sausage has two slits in a diagonal line,
Cut the onion and paprika into 0.5cm pieces,
Slice the garlic on the side by the side,
I used enoki mushroom instead of mushroom.
Prepare enoki mushrooms by tearing them into thin strips.
STEP 2/8
Make sauce with tomato ketchup and oyster sauce.
STEP 3/8
Put a spoonful of salt into 10 cups of water and boil spaghetti noodles.
When the water starts to dry over high heat, add spaghetti noodles,
Boil it for about 10 minutes.
I boiled it for 15 minutes because my mom likes spaghetti noodles that are spread out.
STEP 4/8
Pour 2 spoons of olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry garlic.
STEP 5/8
When the garlic scent comes up
Add the onions and stir it
Add paprika and sausage
STEP 6/8
Add enoki mushroom and sauce
Pour 1/3 cup of spaghetti boiled water and stir it
STEP 7/8
Add the boiled spaghetti noodles and stir it
STEP 8/8
Turn off the heat, add butter, and stir it
Lastly, you can sprinkle pepper and parsley.
Butter is enough for the residual heat of spaghetti noodles.
If it's spaghetti, the time it takes to boil depends on the noodles Usually, 8 to 10 minutes is perfect. If you like spaghetti noodles that are spread out like my house, you can boil it a little more. It doesn't matter if it's not a mushroom. It tastes much better with a lot of mushrooms.
