Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, mix the soaked seaweed with garlic, fish sauce, and water.
STEP 2/4
Add plum extract, remaining water, red pepper powder, red pepper, and sesame salt and stir.
STEP 3/4
Add chopped green onions and salt while seasoning and stir.
STEP 4/4
Lastly, if you add cold ice, the cold seaweed soup is complete!!
Make sure to add salt as you taste it!
