  • Cucumber

  • Cheongyang red pepper
    3ea
  • leek

  • crushed garlic

  • red pepper paste

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel the bellflower root and soak it in salt water to make it taste bitter
STEP 2/5
Squeeze the water out of the balloon flower roots and add the cucumber
STEP 3/5
Chop up the vegetables and get ready
STEP 4/5
Add vegetables, sugar and vinegar
STEP 5/5
After adding red pepper paste, season it so that all the ingredients blend together. (Adjust red pepper paste and season to taste)
