  • Sugar
    2cup
  • Vinegar
    4cup
  • Salt
    2T
  • bay leaf
    4piece
  • Pickling Spice
    2T
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • Lemon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash cucumbers with thick salt and drain.
And slice it thinly. I like it because it has a chewy texture even if it's a bit thick.
STEP 2/4
Add 6 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, 4 cups of vinegar, 2T of salt, 4 bay leaves, and 2T of pickling spice and bring to a boil. (If you have a lemon, you can slice and add it. It's good if you cut about 3 cheongyang peppers.. I didn't put it in because I didn't have it.)
STEP 3/4
Pour it into the prepared cucumber while boiling. Put it on a sieve and pour it in.Disinfect the glass container with hot water and add cucumbers..I wanted to put it in a plastic container and give it to you here and I did this.
STEP 4/4
You can leave it at room temperature and refrigerate it~^^ It became a sweet and sour cucumber pickle..
